  • Complete your vehicle service check-in prior to arrival
  • Reserve a sanitized alternate mobility vehicle (based on availability) or make your own arrangements home

Step 2

Drop and Go

  • Drop and go using our key drop box or self-serve check-in

Step 3

Pick Up Your Serviced Vehicle

  • A service advisor will contact you when your vehicle is ready for pick up
  • Securely process your payment online
  • Receive your fully sanitized vehicle awaiting your pickup in our drive-thru

Step 2

Vehicle Sanitization

Complete sanitization of all vehicles pre and post service. Sanitization includes:

  • Pre-service: Steering wheel, headrest, seat and footwell protectors
  • Post-service: Full disinfection and wipe down of all vehicle surfaces, gear shift, door handles, and driver and passenger enabled vehicle controls
  • Optional HVAC vehicle disinfecting system
  • Mandatory gloves and masks for all employees
Step 3

Dealership Experience

Sanitization inspection teams at our facility and implementation of:

  • Visual sanitization markers for all surfaces and high traffic areas for inspection
  • Specified intervals for frequent cleaning and disinfection throughout the day
  • Numerous and accessible handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer locations
  • Extensive and ongoing training and communication with employees to ensure sanitization procedures are followed
  • Client facing signage to ensure physical distancing
  • Limiting quantities of guests per Government recommendation

Temporary suspension of the following services and amenities:
